Purchased in 1980 by the Hines family – Sherman and Andrea set out to meticulously restore the property beyond its original grandeur. The lands and buildings would be a perfect location for a winery, the soil is environmentally clean and perfect for the growing of grapes. The root cellar with hewn beams and stone walls is an ideal tasting room. The basement has thick rock walls and barrel shaped ceilings.
